Who I Am
I’m a performance consultant, optimizing your talent and bottom-line business results. My 40-year career spans the private, public, academic, and military sectors. I’ve developed solid relationships with clients, diagnosed their requirements, and delivered customized solutions creating new capabilities for developing talent.
Following a career in the Air Force as a training officer, I worked as a consultant in the private sector, then followed that with a career in federal service. My PhD is in higher education, and I hold a doctorate in human resource development. My certifications are in coaching (Professional Certified Coach – PCC), talent development (Certified Professional in Talent Development – CPTD), and human capital (Senior Professional in Human Resources – SPHR). I use these experiences and qualifications to create unique and blended solutions for my clients so they can achieve better business results.
